RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We strive for 100% satisfaction and will work with our customers to achieve this, however please note that all purchases are final sale.


If there are any problems upon delivery, please email us at info@signedbydahliah.com within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can help to replace or correct your order. Questions or feedback are also welcome! We strongly advise all customers to check products thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging as we can only exchange items if it arrives damaged during shipping. An exchange will be made as soon as we receive the item back. Please be aware that any shipping costs as well as international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for any shipments. Buyers are responsible for any return postage costs, customs and import taxes that may apply as well. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. It is recommended to track your package back to us as we will not be responsible for any packages that are lost.


Please order keeping in mind that sometimes postage may be delayed due to forces outside of our control. We will not give a refund if the item arrives late due to shipping.


Within each description there are sizing details, please check your measurements carefully. As our products are handmade with detail and care some items will have minute variations.
