PFLAG
York Region
PFlag is York Region’s LGBTQ2 support, resource, and education network – bringing together all members of the community. They are a volunteer-led local registered charity servicing one of the fastest growing and multicultural regions nationwide.
Every day, their compassionate volunteers are contacted by frightened adolescents and by angry, fearful or confused parents and family members from all walks of life who have questions or concerns about sexual orientation or gender identity. Their dedicated volunteers are there for those in need when it seems no one else is!

Gay York Region
Gay York Region provides a central point of reference to all local LGBT services and resources in York Region. They are a local not-for-profit service, owned and managed by members of the local LGBT community and run by volunteers. On their Facebook page you can join, meet other people, invite your friends and post information about LGBT welcoming events and venues across York Region.
